IU Basketball Transfer Portal Watch List: April 15, 2025

The transfer portal for college basketball opened Monday, March 24 and closes on Tuesday, April 22. There are seven days remaining to enter the portal.

Seven scholarship players from Indiana’s 2024-25 roster entered the transfer portal after the coaching change from Mike Woodson to Darian DeVries. Four of those players have chosen new schools.

Tucker DeVries, West Virginia, 6-foot-7, wing

2024-25 stats: 14.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.5 blocks in 34.5 minutes per game. Shot 47.3. percent on 3s and 82.1 percent from the free throw line.

Notes: The two-time MVC player of the year has not officially announced his commitment, nor has IU publicized his signing, but DeVries will be a Hoosier next season.

Conor Enright, DePaul, 6-foot-2, guard

2024-25 stats: 7.5 points, 6.2 assists, 3.3 rebounds in 30.1 minutes per game. Shot 32.5 percent on 3s and 63.3 percent from the free throw line.

Reed Bailey, Davidson, 6-foot-10, forward

Lamar Wilkerson, Sam Houston, 6-foot-5, guard

2024-25 stats: 20.5 points, four rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 34.9 minutes per game. Shot 47.7 percent from the field, 44.5 percent on 3s and 82.2 percent from the free throw line.

Notes: Wilkerson, a knockdown 3-point shooter, was an All-Conference USA first-team selection last season and committed to the Hoosiers on April 15. He chose IU over Kentucky.

Tayton Conerway, Troy, 6-foot-3, guard

2024-25 stats: 14.2 points, 4.8 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.9 steals in 30.3 minutes per game. Shot 47.1 percent from the field, 27 percent on 3s and 66.4 percent from the free throw line.

Notes: The Sun Belt Conference player of the year last season, Conerway averaged nearly three steals per game last season and his assist rate ranked 20th nationally (36.8 percent). Conerway’s recent visits include Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and Indiana.

Tyrell Ward, LSU, 6-foot-6, wing

2023-24 stats: 9.1 points and 2.3 rebounds in 21.8 minutes per game. Shot 43.8 percent from the field, 41.3 percent on 3s and 67.8 percent from the free throw line.

2024-25 stats: 15.4 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 31.6 minutes per game. Shot 42.5 percent from the field, 33.5 percent on 3s and 63.2 percent from the free throw line.
