Late in the first half, Jackson-Davis sets a ball screen for Galloway. As Pete Nance tags Jackson-Davis’ roll and the rest of Northwestern’s defense collapses off the perimeter towards the ball and Jackson-Davis, we all of a sudden have five defenders near TJD. Galloway tries the pass anyway, even as three of his teammates have space on the perimeter.
It’s a bad pass and a turnover.
There’s simply too much around TJD to make this work.
