Tillman sets a ball screen for Winston up top as he drives right:

As he gets to the right wing, we see a similar angle on the pass to the left wing that fooled Morgan a bit on play No. 1 as Tillman rolls to the basket. Smith is there on the defense:

He’s able to recover out to Goins and ward off a shot attempt. Goins then passes it back to Winston:

Goins then sets a ball screen from Winston and he drives left as Smith hedges:

As Winston works to the left corner, he’s got some daylight to the hoop with Smith and Phinisee on his right side:

He takes it. But Morgan comes off Tillman just enough to have Winston thinking second thoughts on a shot attempt. So Winston looks like he’ll pass back up top to Goins and Smith starts to recovers back:

But Tillman actually jumps up and snags the ball on the pass:

He passes it back out to Winston on the left wing:

Tillman sets up for a ball screen right for Winston, but he drives left instead and Morgan is there on the help:

Winston turns the corner on Phinisee and this is where, even with Green and Langford and Morgan near the basket, he decides to foul Winston from behind — ensuring there’s no shot attempt or pass to shooters on the weak side if Green and/or Langford fully commit:

Smart play by Phinisee here as Winston appeared to have an advantage on breaking down the defense after the Hoosiers played it well for most of the possession.
