As Indiana inbounds the ball and Ferrell brings it up court, Carter has already lost Williams and he calls for the ball:

Ferrell makes the pass and Carter still has his back turned as Williams receives the ball with space to the rim:

As Williams begins his ascent, Stone has come over to help:
