Later in the half, Valentine gets yet another ball screen on the left wing. This time from Schilling:
Indiana defends it differently this time. Instead of the typical hedge from Bryant, he instead sticks with Schilling. Valentine uses the ball screen to get by Ferrell as Hartman awaits in the lane:
Fearing another lob, Hartman sinks back to Marvin Clark Jr. as Valentine gathers in the lane:
So Valentine simply takes what the defense gives him, an open 8-footer in the lane. He hits for two:
