Film Session: Ohio State

After a Ferrell drive, Ohio State’s defense is imbalanced. Ryan Burton has gotten the ball and Williams is open to his right. Down on the left block, Mickey Mitchell sees he’ll need to sprint out to Williams:
He does as the pass comes to Williams:
Williams throws a ball fake on Mitchell:
And he’s by him on the baseline. Here comes David Bell to try and stop Williams:
As Williams soars to the other side of the hoop, Bell fouls him:
Williams is able to finish through contact and hit at the line for a 3-point play:
Some potential trouble areas for a turnover here, but Williams kept in control and scored with his baseline moves. A vintage Williams score if there ever was one.
