Film Session: Zeller’s dominant finale

III. The final Indiana possession starts a little different: Ferrell has the ball on the left side this time with Zeller, Watford and Oladipo forming a line on the left side with him. Hulls is over on the right wing, presumably looking at time remaining on the scoreboard:
But Indiana goes to pretty much identical action from the Ferrell turnover and the first Zeller score in the final minute. Ferrell comes to the right side of the court as Hulls again sets a screen on Morgan for Zeller:
This time, Ferrell uses the quick window to hit Zeller:
As he gets the ball, three Michigan defenders converge as we again see Hulls running up to beyond the arc:
Oladipo crashes in for the board off the left wing, but it’s not needed. Hardaway Jr. gets up in the air with Zeller, but the Washington native hangs, moves left and gets a shot up more near the front of the rim with Hardaway Jr.’s momentum carrying him the opposite direction to the baseline. It’s another bucket:
The score would read 72-71 Hoosiers, and it was all that was needed to secure the victory.
